Same-day metros
In these metros, you can typically book a pickup window starting within 2-4 hours. Availability depends on the time of day and current loader supply — see live windows on any product page.
Outside same-day metros
Standard scheduled pickup is available across the remainder of the contiguous US — typically 1-3 day lead time. Hawaii and Alaska are not currently serviced. Enter your ZIP on any product page to see availability and pricing.
Why coverage varies by SKU
Mattress, couch, appliance, and treadmill removal are available platform-wide. Hot tub removal requires loaders with specific equipment and licensing — that service is currently in 22 metros and expanding. If a SKU isn't available in your ZIP, the platform will let you know at quote time.
