Loader vetting
Loaders accepted into the LoadUp platform must pass identity verification and a background check before they can accept jobs. They are independent contractors who run their own businesses, but they must meet platform-level eligibility standards to participate.
Payment security
Payments are processed by Stripe. ClutterBot does not store full card numbers. Agent-mediated bookings use Stripe shared payment tokens, which means agents can authorize payments without ClutterBot ever seeing the underlying card.
Insurance and liability
Loaders on the platform carry their own insurance per platform requirements. Issues with a specific pickup can be reported through your order page or by emailing support — ClutterBot mediates between the customer and the loader to resolve disputes.
