ClutterBot is built so a person and an AI agent can complete a booking through the same flow. The steps below describe the human path. The agent path uses the same logic via our MCP server.
Pick the SKU
Choose what you want hauled — mattress, couch, appliance, treadmill, or hot tub. Each SKU has variants for size and access (ground floor, stairs, basement). Variants and add-ons are priced upfront.
Get a firm price
Enter your ZIP. ClutterBot returns a firm price in under 500ms — no estimate calls, no surprises at pickup. Prices are guaranteed for 30 minutes from the time of quote.
Pick a window
Pick from four-hour windows: 8 AM–12 PM, 12 PM–4 PM, 4 PM–8 PM, or all day (8 AM–8 PM). Live availability per ZIP shows which windows are open today and how many loaders are nearby in each. Pay at booking — your card is held but not charged until the booking is confirmed.
Your loader arrives
A loader on the LoadUp platform accepts your job. They call 30 minutes ahead, arrive within the window, carry the item out, and send a photo confirmation to your phone.
About loaders on the LoadUp platform
Loaders are independent contractors. They run their own businesses, set their own schedules, choose which jobs to accept, and use their own vehicles and equipment. They bring help when a job needs a second set of hands. ClutterBot does not employ loaders, dispatch them, or direct how they perform individual jobs.
